The Guest Operations module attends to the guest information file created at guest check out in the FRONT DESK module of LodgeWright. When a guest checks out of a room you are given the option of adding the registration information about that guest to the Master Guest List. This list has four main functions: 1) to serve as a data base for quick entry of repeat guests into reservation and walk in information screens; 2) to permit review of a particular guest record as may be needed; 3) to permit review of guest records for demographic information about guest preferences; and 4) to permit use of guest information in promotional and follow up, personalized form letters through the mail list merge option of the word processor. It also allows you to edit guest information, delete guests from the master guest list and print the entire master guest list for your permanent records.
Leads Operations attends to your promotional leads list with a separate data base and mail list operation. Mailing labels can be generated from the Leads module, and customized promotional letters created with mail merge using the Leads mail list and the LodgeWright word processor.
