Daily Routines is a set of procedures which should be run by the front desk manager at the beginning or end of each business day. Some of these procedures are available elsewhere. Assembling them all here makes it easy for the manager to remember his routine and cuts down on the time required to complete them all.

With Daily Routines you:
Print a list of incoming reservations by date for any period up to 31 days long in your reservation calendar.
Check your room availability by room code at the touch of a button.
Print lists of current guests in a variety of ways to assist you in guest management.
Print room lists specifically designed for housekeepers.
Take care of daily maintenance of the Master Guest List automatically.
Make the vital backup of your business records without leaving the LodgeWright program
Print a copy of any ten days of the reservation calendar as a hard-copy backup for your desk in case of power outages.
Run your shift and night audit routines with mid-level password protection. These reports constitute the Front Desk Audit. The menu from which these audits are run is shown on the next page, and is also available from the Accounting module. Each reporting procedure consists of several detailed reports on different aspects of your business. Reports may be re-printed, to save you from an unrecoverable printer error, such as a paper jam.
