The Accounting Operations module attends to the manager's level accounting procedures and reports for your entire operation. It gives you the entire accounting summary from one menu:
The Front Desk audit menu that is accessed from Routines, for the daily audit reports.
A monthly summary audit for the current month may be generated at any time. This audit may consist of just the summary figures or may give a day-by-day summary of the month's activities - with graphs
A yearly summary report which includes a net profit and loss statement. When you run a yearly report you have the option of also printing the monthly summaries. The monthly summaries are seven reports, one for each of the seven accounting categories, showing the twelve monthly figures for each category. A yearly report may be generated at any time for any year for which a data is present.
A report viewing/printing utility allows you to view the most recent of any report in the room accounting sequence of shift, night, monthly and yearly reports.
An anticipated room revenue report based on room reservations for any period in the two year reservation calendar.
You may also track assets with appreciation-depreciation schedules which can be set individually for each asset. A summary of current status of assets can be generated at any time from the Accounting menu for any year in which assets were tracked. Appreciation/depreciation figures are included in the net profit and loss report of the yearly report.
