Customized Installation Setup *

We can set up your property, according to your instructions, on the LodgeWright installation CD!

When you install LodgeWright for the first time on your machine with this CD you'll find your property already set up and ready to run.

All you have to do is send us the following information when you buy:

I. From 1 to 250 Rack Rate Codes (1-5 letters), One For Each Unit Rate Type

(To see how we use these click here.)
For each Code we will need:

  • A Description of up to 250 letters

  • Rack Unit Rates by Code For This Calendar Year (set by date)

  • Rack Base Number of People For This Calendar Year (set by date)

  • Rack Extra Person Charges For This Calendar Year (set by date)

  • Rack Multiple Day Discount 1 For This Calendar Year (set by date)

  • Rack Multiple Day Discount 2 For This Calendar Year (set by date)

II.  Two Flat Discount Rates (AARP, AAA, etc.) For This Calendar Year (set by date)

 

III. From 0 to 250 Custom Rates (To see how we use these click here.)

 

IV. From 0 to 250 Package Rates  (To see how we use these click here.)

 

V. From 1 to 24 Inventory Codes (1-5 letters)

For each Code we will need 
an Inventory Unit Type Description of up to 250 letters

V. From 1 to 2000 Unit Labels (Room Numbers) of 1-5 letters

For each Unit we will need:

  • An Unit Description of up to 250 letters

  • A Rack Rate Code To Use

  • An Inventory Code To Use

  • The Label Of Any Connecting Unit (if applicable)

  • The Order In Which You Wish Them Displayed
    (if different from the order listed)

VI. Front Desk Deposits:

  • Key Deposit

  • Telephone Deposit

  • Kitchen Deposit (Specify Inventory Codes)

  • Custom Deposit (Specify Description and Inventory Codes)

VII. Sales Tax Information:

  • Local Sales Tax Rate

  • State Sales Tax Rate

  • Room Occupancy Tax Rate

VIII.  Business Name, Address, and Phone To Appear On Your Reports

 

IX. Special Cash Ledgers For Specific Income Tracking 

(e.g. vending machines, Deposit Forfeits, Stamps, Postcards, etc.)
Specify the sales tax rate on each special ledger.

X. Market Descriptions - Places your business comes from that you want to track.

 

XI.  Names of People Who Will Be Using LodgeWright (you, your auditors, and your clerks)

 

The charge for this service is $300 + $75/hr for each hour over four hours.

We find that a 25 unit property takes about four hours to set up
if all the information is prepared and in order.
