Creating A Custom Flat Rate
To create a custom rate that will override the rack rate with a new, flat rate go to Setup/Room Codes, Rates, and Deposits. Click on the menu item Rates/Custom Rates. Add a new rate with an amount which is greater than one dollar and set the Mode to use as a rate.
