Condominium Owner’s Accounting Unit.
The LodgeWright Condominium Owner’s Accounting Unit is a companion program to LodgeWright Lodging Management Software ©, and is designed to be able to automatically track rental income from condominium units in the LodgeWright program. It will automatically apply assessments to individual owners for any assessment based on rental income, days rented, number of guests, percent of house, and percent of unit ownership. In addition you can manually apply assessments either to individual owners, to the house to be distributed by percent of house, or to individual units to be distributed by percent of ownership.
